Went in to have my BRAKE LIGHT checked and waited in the lobby as they checked out what the issue is. That's my last service visit at this dealership - my trust in them is gone.
The cost of the clear coat on the seats and exterior should of been in the price already not another surprise charge.Crooked dealership I guess when they havae a buyer then they up the price from what the buyer agreed to pay the advertised price on the day of the advertised price. I said how was the car to be purchased at the price you advertised it for since you could not follow through on the sale till Monday.Knowing they had me as a buyer they upped the price on Tuesday when they did the paper work.He said its like the stock market they can up the price whenever. I said I don't want no interior chemicals they supposedly had done already but now adding additional charge to the buyer now the car is $1,400 higher then they advertised. They did not on Tuesday but I did get the information by asking to email me.They upped the price $1,000 and added on some kind of sealing mixture they put on the seats and outside of the car. They then said they had to send the paperwork by mail. They asked for no information but I sent them my name and address. No urgency on their part Monday to seal the deal. They advertised a car on sunday and I emailed them and said I would buy it for the advertised price.
